First ride after fork rebuild: brake funkiness + fork oil question

If you mean the one at the top of the inner fork seal, no... in fact I
had to disassemble one of the forks twice because I failed to fully
seat the washer/spacer below the inner seal and couldn't get the
circlip in the groove... but I got it in the second time.
