Fw: cranberry recipe

I tried to send this to you 4 times and it kept getting returned.

Now Everybody gets it.


Hi Paul

Jim's Cranberry Jam/Sauce or jelly

4 cups cranberries 
1 48 ounce can apple juice
1/2 oz lemon juice
1 package pectin (jelling agent)
5 cups sugar

Place liquids in large deep pot
Bring to boil
Turn down and simmer covered for 45 minutes or until berries turned to mush
(if you want jelly strain through cheese cloth or jelly bag (yeah like we're made or money)  a 25 year old t shirt works good.)

Add stir in pectin and turn up the heat to high.
Just as it begins to boil add the sugar and stir it in.
Continue to stir
When it comes to a rolling boil that can't be stirred down boil an additional 2 minutes
Remove from heat and ladle into sterilized jars and cap immediately.
