motorcycle trailers

I have only heard BAD about them.

Not good for the transmission for some reason, and lots of unnecessary wear
on the rear tire.
Maybe if you had a spare rear rim with a junk tire that's used only for
towing. Put on your good rim & tire at the destination.

What vehicle are you planning on using to tow with?

Subject: motorcycle trailers

Hi Guys,
I am thinking of investing in a motorcycle trailer and then saw on Ebay a
kind of dolly that hooks up to a trailer hitch and raises the front wheel
while the rear rolls on the road.
Its called a "Slick Willie".
Anybody ever used one?
What do you all think of it?
