countershaft sprocket cover

Art,

There is a total of 6 bolts holding that cover. The lowest is just next 
to the gear shaft and can easily be overlooked. One of the 6 is the 
lowest of the 3 bolts holding the clutch cylinder. Don't forget to 
remove that one, but you can leave the two other bolts and clutch 
cylinder in place. The flexibility in the pipe will allow you to move 
the cover out of the way enough to get access to the sprocket. As the 
others already wrote some tapping, wriggling, swearing etc. is required 
to get the cover loose :)
