Problems:
Clutch slipped like a b*stard when I bought it, new OEM plates & HD springs sorted it out. MPG still fairly bad (<40), perhaps I've not got the jetting quite right yet. 8^) Trying to sort the cooling out as mines never worked properly. Removing the t-stat thermocouple and cleaning it up now has the temp gauge working. Replacing the t-stat (37 quid!) as it seems to be stuck open. Electrical charging glitch traced to corrosion on the main fuse housing (the one that sits on top of the starter solenoid).
