Waiting for carbon Triple tree cover, carbon half tank cover from LP, WER steering dumper and trying to decide which pipes to put on.

Modifications:
raised forks in a triple tree by about 10 mm, improved handling significally, more flicable and less headshake. This also adds more weight on the front so I can acelerate harder with my front wheel on the ground.

1) Opened up the end of the stock cans a bit. Pretty much a waste of time. 2) Warning stickers long gone. Decals soon to follow. Plans: exhaust cans and possible bar kit

1) The stumbles - surge/buck like running out of gas. Manageable but waiting for the 600 mile service to synchronize everything. 2) Gas in the oil 3) coolant overfilled from factory 4) burned out taillight 5) rusting bolts (bike is always garaged) 6) occassional backfire

Comments:
Despite the stumbles (which I knew about beforehand, plus test ride confirmation) I really love this bike. The biggest problem has been finding the time to ride when I'm in town. Mild headshake under acceleration.

Problems:
As all other, stumples in 3000-4000rpm. Hard to start.Engine wants to stop when it's cold! Fuel in oil. Runs cold! Thermostath made no difference. Fuel consumtion is about 0,73-0,81 l/10Km Clutch slips in 6000 rpm when switching gear from first to second. Got an error message "CHEC" sometimes! Have lost some screws! Rear suspension to hard! Am I the only one who has this problem? I think the suspension is difficult to adjust.

Had the stumbles between 2000-4000 rpm. Received new black box. Cured stumble, but now have idle problems. Sometimes it won't idle at all for a few seconds. Some screws tend to vibrate loose quite often, but other than that no problems.

Turn signal wires running under seat at tank wore through and caused a short in the loom putting out all the lights until re-insulated with electrical tape. 4. EBC pads w/ steel lines cause grab/release pulse when stopping. (they still stop xcellent)

Problems:
Stumbles 3K-4K rpm (80% Fixed after calibration) but could have been better (dealers not very supportive) Engine stalls during decelerations or when depressing the clutch, during high revs after shutting throttle, have to constantly adjust idling speed, adjust higher when engine is warm.

Comments:
Suzuki should have done a better job in fine tuning the bike before rushing out to the market. It is a very responsive bike in terms of power delivery and handling but with abit of tank-slapping when U brake hard into corners.(badly needs steering damper or maybe change of tyres) Accelerations improves significantly w/ the slip-ons (becomes very wheelie prone) Just for fun: Tried acclerations: w/ ZX-11 D3(full Muzzy exhuast systems+K&N filter&DynoJet) Lost : about 2~3 bike lengths (caught on pesonal video camera by friends) w/ ZX-9 (same as above) Won : about 3/4 of a bike length ( caught on camera as well) Next : hope to maintain wheelies for the camera !!

Problems:
Initially a lot of stumbling. After a new ECU and some tuning this all went away and I also now get 40 mpg (at 80 -120 mph) instead of the initial 27 mpg!

This bike rocks!! After 4 Ducatis and many other great bikes I have to say this bike produces more of a visceral response in me than any of the others!!! It really has a personality. Ducati is in SERIOUS trouble. (my Superlight is for sale, BTW.)
