I get lots of requests for me to link to other sites, and a lot of them aren't even motorcycle-related. Normally, I just ignore the requests as I figure there are plenty of other sites that do that sort of thing. However, here are some interesting and useful ones, which I think are potentially worth your time to check out. I use quite a few of these myself...

  • Metropolis Motorcycles — A privately owned, independent motorcycle shop located in central London, UK which caters to motorcyclists of all varieties...

  • Omega Racer — Parts and accessories for the Yamaha SR 400 and SR 500, Yamaha XT 500 and the Kawasaki W650; including aluminium tanks, aluminium fairings, exhausts/headers, custom seats and a lot more.

  • EagleRider Motorcycle Rentals and Tours — The world’s largest motorcycle rental and tour company. Offering great deals on rentals of Harley, BMW, Honda, Triumph, and Indian motorcycles. They also offer both self-drive and guided motorcycle tours.

  • About Classic motorcycles — About.com's treasure trove of information about classic motorcyles, history, restoration, buying and selling, clubs & community, etc.

  • Adventure Rider — a very popular online forum with lots of action. Great stories and photos of long motorcycle trips, bike-specific stuff, vendor forums, etc.

  • Air-Tech Streamlining — Air-Tech is the world's largest manufacturer of exotic motorcycle bodywork, fairing, tanks, fenders and seats. They have over 4800 molds (and counting) and all bodywork is produced in-house from aircraft fiberglass and carbon composites. All my racer friends use Air-Tech.

  • Beach Motorcycle Adventures — Motorcycle tours of Europe and New Zealand, focusing on a few superb destinations -- new tours come slowly to the Beachs, because like fine wine, experiences can't be rushed.

  • BestBikingRoads.com — Great motorcycle roads in Europe, the UK, NZ, etc.

  • BikeSafer.com — A Website which collects and organizes a lot of Web stuff about bike safety into a fairly coherent structure.

  • crash.net — a huge, frequently updated, Website with news of all kinds of motorcycle racing (cars too).

  • Directory Motorcycle — A directory of motorcycle related sites and businesses, organized by category.

  • Duke Video USA — "The" place to find M/C videos: TT, MotoGP, Superbikes, Classics, Custom, Motocross, racing history.

  • EasyMoto — A very nicely organized directory of motorcycle-oriented Websites.

  • Horizons Unlimited — a Website devoted to motorcycle touring. An excellent source of valuable information for the world traveler.

  • Ironbutt Association — the definitive site for amateur and competitive long-distance motorcycle riding.

  • Motorcycles of the 20th Century — A collection of more then 700 High Quality Motorcycle pictures in 1024x768 full-color format.

  • Motorcycle Roads Northwest — Motorcycle roads in the Pacific Northwest of the USA.

  • Motorcycle Superstore — Shop online for motorcycle gear, apparel, parts and accessories.

  • onroad — A German language Website focusing on motorcycles and motorcycling.

  • Open Road Journey — a site to help motorcyclists find great roads and routes to ride throughout the world.

  • Oregon Motorcyclist — Motorcycle information and opportunities in the State of Oregon, USA.

  • pashnit.com — a great site for discovering excellent motorcycling roads in the Peoples Republic of Kalifornia. Over 300 rides listed, with photos and maps. A personal favorite site of mine.

  • Racing For Me — Where to go for BitTorrents of races not broadcast where you live, all kinds of motorcycle races as well as other stuff (F1, WRC, etc.)

  • ROADMC — World-class motorcycle roads in Europe and Norway on video on-bike, The complete list on European and Norwegian reactions to speeding. Advice on equipment, books, maps, and MC video technology.

  • Warm & Safe Heated Gear — The best heated gear (jacket liners, gloves, controllers) for motorcyclists, bar none!

...but which I don't necessarily recommend one way or the other. I'm just being cooperative and helpful to these sites which appear to be germane to the motorcycling public. If nothing else, listing them here may get them a little more Web traffic.
