Is it a diesel? Looks like diesel fuel is leaking from one of the fuel
lines and, like oil, it's collecting dirt and coking on the hot head. It
doesn't look like a disaster I bet a new O-ring or maybe even just
tightening the offending fuel line would fix it. I bet you can see it
leaking when it's running...

That's accumulated in max one year, the mess is hidden under a plastic
cover. Pity is that it's on a car which is 11y old and worth probably
3kEUR. Drives great..we're just scared that it'll start to burn.
