What to buy?

I won a $100 gift card from Dennis Kirk for filling out reviews of the parts I recently purchased.  The bike ran good around the neighborhood, then I went ot fill the tank all the way up, and on the way home it started running like crap again.  I have a new filter on it, and I cleaned the bowls on the carbs.  So I was wondering if I need to take the carbs off and rip them apart some more.  Then I see DK has a stage 1 Dynojet carb kit for about the price of the card I am getting.  Would it benefit me with a stock exhaust?  I bought an ignition advancer, and shims (still a great way to get shims) and some rear turn signals, so I don't know what else to buy now since they don't have much in the way of chain/sprocket for the gpz.  Any thoughts?
