That the same Taurus you picked me up with at the airport? And the same one
Navin Mad Mike picked me up with after dropping off my Beemer rental. I'll
give Mike credit as he came through Denver like a Paki taxi driver on speed.
Serious white knuckle ride down university Ave at speeds exceeding 70
mph--30 mph zone.
My last Taurus --a 1989 which was purchased as a parts donor for my son's
1991 went out in a blaze of glory last August as "Fabulous Madeliene" &
"Paddlin' Madeliene Home" depends on which side of the car was facing you
(got the car from my secretary Madeliene Boulanger) in the Cobden Fair
demolition derby. It hung on through 3 heats and died from a crushed rad
and lack of coolant. Got $50.00 for running second. It had 220,000km on it
paid $100.00 took off better than $450.00 worth of parts.

Jim who will probably enter some jam in the fair this year after 4 demos
into the finals and no trophy.
