I have used a motorcycle/atv jack to raise the whole bike at one  
time.  Requires the lower fairing off, a block of wood between the  
center stand a swing arms, slide the jack under  so one end puts  
pressure on the center stand and the other you will need to put a  
couple of wood blocks to catch the corners of the frame, then  
raise.   Make sure to strap it in in this position, cause if it  
slips ????????????????   Had my bike up all winter like this and did  
alot of different work with it, including wheels.
