Orientated is not a word, just like irregardless (pet peeve).

Equal amounts of fork oil SHOULD give you equal heights of oil in the tubes 
but equalize the height of the oil regardless of the amount. Equal height is 
what's really important. Good luck with the forks this time, Jeff.
