| Problems: Short life span of K591's (especially on a bike that is no V Max when it comes to power.) Will need fork seals soon, may upgrade fork springs and go with heavier oil as well. Bike is geared for 1980's 55mph speed limit, very busy at highway speeds. | |||

Comments:
Great ride for the price, you shouldn't pay more then $1200 for a decent example. 8 valve motor is way down on power compared to modern 600's, but does have good pull in the midrange (above 4k rpm.) Weighs just over 450 lbs wet, loves to be tossed around in the mountians. Has great riding position for sport touring and decent wind coverage from fairing, I've done over 400 miles a day on her, most of them on backroads.
