This problem looked like an oil leak,but a fellow hawkster said he had seen this before and it was a fuel leak.The insulators were only $12.00 each,you will need two,one for each carb.

Has been very fun, even compared to my FZR 600. Cornering sucks with old suspension and old tires. I imagine in good form it would handle well. Needs clip-ons with the seat being slanted forwards like that. Wheelies are fun! I get lots of looks with the supertrapp- I think if it was red and looked nice (hadn't been stolen) it would be a real looker. Had a friend wheelie it across a long parking lot in first and second--it could probably go forever with practice.
