I used to think I rode... Then I replaced my '79 CB750F with the ST which had only 16K on it when I bought it in '99. Every time I ride this bike I love it more. I put 20K on it in '02 including 4 12-hour, 800+ mile days 2 each back-to-back and can't wait to do more.

It's the best bike I've ever owned. I put 58,000 miles on a 1984 Nighthawk S and 45,000 on an '86 Gold Wing. This bike is a dream to ride compared to both of those. 50,000 on this one when I got it, 71,000 now, and looking forward to many more.

This is my first sport touring bike. My around town machine is a 2001 Kawasaki Vulcan Classic 1500. It used to be my road bike until I got the ST. Prior to these two bikes I had a Honda Shadow 1100 and a Honda 750 Shadow and an old 1979 KZ1300. I like the ST so well, I sold the KZ and relagated my Vulcan to an around town cruiser.

First bike I've owned with plastic (fairing) and more than two cylinders. Couldn't be happier, bike is reasonably fast and quite comfortable over long distances. K75 bars allow a more upright and much more comfortable riding position.

This is my 3rd ST (or Pan European - as it's called here in Europe) First a '96 model for 9 years, then a STX1300, 2004 years model, for 3 months (!!!) wich was not worth the money, it's 10cm shorter between the axles - that makes it "floating" sideways at higher speeds. An awesome engine, but not worth the double price of my present bike.
